Call for Applications for the Coaching Staff of the Men’s National Floorball Team
The Spanish Floorball Association (AEUF) opens the application period for the selection of the coaching staff of the Men’s National Floorball Team, as part of the new development cycle that will begin in September 2026.
Introduction
The National Teams are a fundamental pillar for the promotion and growth of floorball in Spain and represent the highest sporting aspiration for many of our players. They are also the main international showcase for Floorball Spain, contributing to the visibility and consolidation of our sport.
With the aim of launching a new working cycle for the Men’s Senior National Team, the AEUF invites interested coaches to submit their projects and candidacies. The selected staff will also play an active role in the training and development of coaches and players within the Floorball Spain system, participating in courses, clinics and technical activities both as instructors and attendees.
Requirements
When evaluating the submitted projects, the AEUF will consider:
Experience as a floorball player and/or coach at national or international level.
Ability to work in a team, including a description of the proposed staff supporting the head coach.
Coaching experience in other sports (not necessarily floorball).
Training and experience of each staff member in their respective roles.
Willingness to participate in clinics and training activities in Spain and abroad.
Experience in managing working groups and team dynamics.
Ability to handle conflict situations constructively.
Experience in managing logistics for national teams: travel, accommodation, medical reports, equipment control, etc.

A unified working approach with the Men’s U19 National Team.
