TEAM BELGIUM - Final List

TEAM DESCRIPTION

Belgium has developed a lot thanks to the enormous amount of work done in the past years. Belgium will approach the WFCQ match by match, but is aiming for the topspots in the group. 

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Jonathan Sterckx is the captain of the team. He's a solid defender with good stamina and combines his passing skills with a good understanding of the game

Lars Vrijens is a strong defender with a good view of the game and excellent passing skills. Being tall also will make it hard for the opponents to pass him

Luca Boutmans is a very technical player with a sixth sense for making goals. With his twin brother they form a dangerous aaacking line-up.

New project and new group of players that get all the previous experience from the u19 parFcipaFons. The main aim is get the spot for Sweden 2015; get the most of the event and be a compeFFve team the whole tournament

DUNCAN QUINLAN - Leader of the group in his second parFcipaFon in a u19 InternaFonal Event
AITOR FERRERO - Very skilled goalkeeper that gives an extra chance to the team due to his performance.

MIGUEL JUAREZ - Also an experienced center that can manage the different moments of each match

TEAM DESCRIPTION

 Our aim is the win all games and qualifications to the World Championship in Sweden. 

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Tanel Kasenurm - top scorer in 2013 world U19 chapionship in B-division 

Mathias Einamann - a very technical player. He can play different places. Defender, forward and also center.

Ken Pähn - a very good shooFng player. 

 

 

TEAM GREAT BRITAIN - Final List


 

 

TEAM DESCRIPTION

Great Britain have a young and promising squad looking to surprise at the qualifiers in Madrid. The first target is for the squad to play as well as they have shown that they can in training, and to get Britain's first ever win at U19 level. Hopefully, aner winning a few games at this tournament, the junior squad will keep pushing forwards and help get GB moving up in the floorball rankings and playing at a beaer level. 

 

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Thomas Joutsikoski. Abigandstrongplayerwhomadeanimmediateimpactathisfirsttrainingcamp,and fiaed in straight away. A big player at both ends of the rink.
Mats Carlsson. A very fast forward who already has a lot of senior league goals to his name and is one of the main aaacking threats

Gary Paterson. Strong and versaFle player capable of playing in any posiFon. Has a lot of experience including past U19 and Sen

A team that worked very hard to be in Madrid. But are in Madrid in order to fight for the first victory in the countries floorball history on the internaFonal level

Maryan Hrabovyk - a player-maker with a lot of energy and an important leader for the team

Svyatoslav Sabadash - A very skilled player with big potenFal to be the top goalscorer of the team.
